All applicants for the lecturer cadre must possess a teaching qualification in addition to their academic degree. The minimum acceptable classification is a Second Class Lower Division or its equivalent.

Entry Qualifications
Applicants for non-teaching roles must meet the following conditions:
- Be between 18 and 55 years of age.
- Possess relevant academic and professional qualifications.
- Provide evidence of registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), where applicable.
- Present NYSC Certificate or an Exemption Letter.
- Demonstrate computer literacy and strong communication skills.
- Candidates with physical disabilities are encouraged to apply but must clearly indicate the nature of their condition.
